How to Connect JBL Earbuds to JBL Headphone App

*JBL VIBE 200 TWS* Bluetooth connection is done .the app can detect the earbuds but the app is not moving ahead from orange screen .I can not get into the application to access equalize the sound and other settings . I can connect only with them Bluetooth .I reset my ears burd also still same problem.

Unless you've got JBL WAVE 200 earbuds. The app does not detect this, and JBL have no plans to fix this bug.

I had the wave100tws and one headphone is alot quiater than the other there brand new! Anyone know the fix for this?

For those who's r having trouble connecting earphone to the jbl headphone app - try turning on location. Also check location permission for app is allowed. Sorted out my prob wit jbl tune 230nc app detecting earphone but not allowing to customise by turning on location..
