I have these earbuds but when I connect them to my PS5 I lose the ability to control volume and the chat/game audio balance when in a party , do you know a fix ?

You have to change it on the Sony inzone PC application

Hoping someone can help me. I bought these specifically for the PS5. When I plug it into the port, it does not flash. It does not power up at all. Just to make sure the port was working I connected other devices to it and they work fine. And just to make sure the buds were working, I connected it to the laptop with no issue. But no matter what I do, even trying to reset it, it will not light up when it’s plugged into the PS5. I’m losing my mind at this point.

Great video but the Inzones are a hard pass for me. I choose the PULSE explorer buds. The inzones lack features No dual connectivity No planar magnetic drivers And barely any Bluetooth compatability. The inzones use LE or low energy Bluetooth, which is why they have a 12 hour battery life. The problem is there are few android phones and no iOS phones that are compatible with LE Bluetooth. So the only way you could connect these with your phone is with the dongle it comes with.

Do you regret that decision ? I have the explorers and am going to return them ! Connection issues driving me insane 🤯

@@jimmyturbo5 No! I don’t. I ended up getting the Inzones too but I don’t regret buying my pulse explorers. The Inzone buds are nice but they are cumbersome to work with on PS5. The fact that you can only adjust EQ settings on a PC says they are primarily design for PC gaming and the PS5 is secondary. The Explorers are more compatible with the PS5. I can adjust EQ setting on the PS5. Mute by mic on the PS5 and plus the Planar magnetic drivers and the dual connectivity on them are just fun to use while gaming. The Inzones are nice and sound amazing. I have nothing bad to say about them and still use them from time to time on my PS5. But I’m saving them for when I build my gaming PC later this years. That’s when I’ll use them more often.

⁠@@pitster1105Thanks for reply ! I really want to love the Explorers and I do when they work ! But they constantly disconnect / lose connection ! And reconnecting them is such a long process I’ve now given up on them and just want my money back ! I will probably purchase the Inzones instead. Do you not experience this issue with the Explorers ? Do you know a quick fix ? I’m running the latest firmware !

@@jimmyturbo5 I did when I first got them, but the first firmware up date from earlier this year fixed that issue. Make sure your explorers have the most recent software/firmware update.?
