Not every provider provides 5 ghz if it wont recognize you’r internet then you do not have acces to 5ghz

What is you internet provider Plan say you have? My internet provider offers 30 mbps modems, 100, 200, 350 ,500 and 1500 mbps modems. I have the 350 mbps modem and my ps5 test was 311 mbps.
