Hey help needed, I just got this unit and when setting up wifi it goes through the process and through the app it says I connected and shows the device connected but the unit itself say failed to connect.. if anyone has a idea it would be appreciated

UPDATE: Solution at end. Mine is brand new out of the box so I’m hoping your video will give me some clues. I get to the window on my app asking me to join the keurig wifi. I click join and a few seconds later it pops up again. I’ve joined the network a dozen times. The network is visible in my iPad wifi settings so it’s not a signal strength issue. FIX: The issue was in settings. On iOS find general settings > keurig > allow local network. For some reason this defaults to “off” and will not allow the app to access wifi. Just turn it to on, or allow and you are in business

Same thing with me. It says connected on my app but unable to connect on the brewer. Called customer support and they were no help at all. I can’t find any help out there to try to solve this issue.

I was having problems connecting mine, it turned out that under the wifi connection I had Private Wi-Fi address enabled, once I turned that off it connected.

My WiFi is 5 ghz, not 2.4.So it says the brewer isn't compatible with my Wifi. Is there any way around that?

My connection worked at first but once I tried to brew remotely it stopped working 😕
