Sir I have been medicated of Indomethacin 75mg and Salazar 1000MG for 1st 45 days then there will be no Pain in the lowerback but Only pain in the ankle joints and after 45 days the doctor reduced the Dose of Indomethacin to 25Mg and Salazar 1000Mg were given to me for 30 days and there were Minor pain in the Back and the ankle Sir I want to know that is this Treatment right or to add something in the Treatment ? What is the role of calcium, how does it help AS patients? Can we take Gemcal 500 daily. How does viatamin D helps if taken once a month? Will paracetamol not help? What should be the dose of Sazo? Is folic acid useful with sazo?

Calcium & Vitamin D are important but not the main therapy. Paracetamol does not have a strong anti inflammatory action & may not be very useful.

सर मेरा एक क्वेश्चन था , रिप्लाई जरूर करिएगा प्लीज, मैं एक एस वॉरियर हूं , सितंबर 2021 में आपने ही एस ( axial SPA , NON- RADIOLOGICAL ) डाइग्नोज किया था , अभी लगातार nsaids nd dmards , पिछले आठ महीने से खाने के बाद , शायद रिमीशन के तरफ मैं अग्रसर हूं ! अगर मैं यहां से अपने मन से सिर्फ nsaids , dmards लूं , और कुछ दिन बाद जब दर्द गायब हो जाए , तो ट्रीटमेंट लेना छोड़ दूं , तो ये कितना खतरनाक सिद्ध होगा मेरे लिए , क्या ये बीमारी बढ़ के एस में कन्वर्ट हो जाएगी या बस रिमिशन में ही रहूंगा ? ( नोट : - मैं rhemutologist से बिना कंसल्ट किए , इस बीमारी का ट्रीटमेंट लेना और दवाइया खाना कभी नही छोड़ने वाला हूं ) । क्वेश्चन दिमाग में आया तो पूछ लिया सर , बाकी आप देवता हैं , आपके जैसा भला व्यक्ति अभी तक संसार में मैने नही देखा है 🙏🏻 आपका बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद सर , ऐसे ही मेरे जैसे नवयुवकों को मार्गदर्शन देते रहिए 🙏🏻👍🏻
