I had been doing that tightening mistake(i started crocheting just a week ago-) and my wrists started hurting..couldn't figure out what went wrong and why the stiches were too tight for the hook to pass through..thank you so much for this video!! i am so glad I found your channel! 💗

Hello and thank you for the tutorial.I am a beginner to crocheing.I am attempting to crochet a throw blanket for an adult using single crochet stitches. The end of the rows come out slanted.What can be causing this? I have frogged this repeatily but cannot seem to get it right.I appreciate any suggestions you can offer

It depends if it is getting bigger or smaller. If it is getting bigger, you might be doing some extra stitches. Make sure you are placing only one stitch per stitch from the row below and not crocheting into the side of the last stitch as it can be a bit confusing to tell where to finish the row as a beginner. If it is getting smaller, you may be skipping stitches. I have a few videos about crocheting straight edges depending on which stitch you are using. Good luck!
