Thank you for this story. This is something that I struggled with. There are times that I have such absolute clarity and there are moments of turbulence. I keep telling myself that it is OK, that the moments of clarity will increase, while the turbulent emotions will subside. Also, this little story has given me new insight, that Compassion and Acceptance of yourself are the key. Thank you.

I don't know why I feel very chaotic when I hear you say in the video, it's not a suitable situation for me.

Really wished it worked but it doesn't for most of us struggling with chronic anxiety.
@geertmeertens-sk7lv7 ай бұрын
It does work, in fact it already is the case for you but you don't notice it because you are still in the personal perspective. You are not a person that has to struggle through life, you are consciousness in which that person and its life appear. Zoom out. The truth (consciousness is all there is) will set you free.

@@idikachinedu2116 By leaving the personal perspective. You can verify that the personal perspective was erroneous in every dream you ever had although each time it took awakening to (be able to) realize your mistake: you never were just the person in any of your dreams. You are consciousness in which dreams appear, including the dream called life. All mental suffering requires erroneously thinking you are the person. You are not. You are consciousness in which everything appears, including the person. As in any dream.

@@GeertMeertens the work now is how to leave the personal perspective I really appreciate your kind reply I really need to work on this my anxiety
@GeertMeertens2 ай бұрын
@@idikachinedu2116 The fact that you allow for the possibility that life is just a dream is already a big plus. You leave the personal perspective by starting to observe your thoughts and emotions (as an interested outsider) instead of being carried away or swept away by them. Suppose you could dream a dream again but with one difference only: this time you KNOW you are dreaming, although you again don't know what will happen or how the dream will end. Wouldn't you experience the dream completely different compared to the first time, looking around in absolute awe and wonder, knowing you are consciousness in which the whole dream appears? That is awakening and the end of suffering because you left the personal perspective.

Wonderful video! I was inspired by how you crafted your message and I strive to share similar values in the moral stories I create on my channel. Perhaps our audiences might find value in each other's content. Would love to connect!
