2 things I observed today. 1). it request me to add a chrome extension which is not the same process as the video, probably the web has changed it since the video posted 2). the new file is in reduced resolution that will not fit the work if you want to keep the same resolution

hi there, i was trying to download pictures from my Canon EOS M50 using the canon software everything was fine the pictures were downloading in jpg until about half way through and now they show as pdf when i try to open the pdf file it won't let me....canon says its not their software that is the issue....is there somewhere in the computer that i can go and change the settings for the downloads....(sorry not very technically inclined) thanks for any support you can give me

Thank you very much. May I ask you one question though. When my doc (which is just a copy of an opened up passport) was scanned to my laptop as a pdf it opened up nice and large (meaning magnified compared to the relatively smaller size of a passport) but when I converted it to a jpg it opens up relatively small in comparision on the screen. Yes obviously that is because it is putting it to the size of A4 piece of paper as such and obviously I can click on the (+) button magnifier slider and make it appear larger manually. But I was just wondering why it couldn't look magnified from opening it up first thing. Is it because of everything I have just written :) :)??

That is a good question. I'm not sure why it is doing that. If you are wanting to resize it you could do that in a free program like Gimp and I'm sure there are many tutorials on KZbin that could help you out. If anybody else watching knows please comment below to help Irena out. Thanks

Hey thanks for the video. I wanted to know if it works properly for larger sized pdf files. I created a 24 x 36 inch poster and saved it as a pdf file. But when I converted it to jpg it says 3600x5400 pixels jpg file. As far as know 3600 pixels equals to 12 inches? So shouldn't it be like 7200 x 10800 pixels instead? I'm just planning to Opening an etsy shop and don't want anything to Be wrong you know Thank you again :)

That's a good question, I'm not sure what the max resolution is. Your best bet would be to try some samples and see what kind of resolution you can achieve.
