My method of stuffing artichokes is a bit different. I leave the center in tact and use a spoon and push the stuffing inside each leaf. Then when you go to eat them, some stuffing comes with each petal. It is more tedious but delish. I just use a mix of bread crumbs, pecerono cheese, S&P then drizzle olive oil over the artichokes after stuffing and while cooking if using a pot on the stove to steam them. If I were to use an Instant Pot, I would saturage the stuffing with olive oil before cooking. Peel off the leaves and eat as normal then when you get to the heart, get rid of the fur and eat the heart.

Tip, use a serrated knife to cut the tops off of the leaves, works much better. Also peel and cook the stems you cut off and serve with melted butter, mayo and lemon.
