How to cook Cheesy Dorito Chicken casserole

Cheesy Dorito chicken casserole is absolutely delicious. It was simple to put together and it wasn't time consuming. It's perfect for a potluck or having friends over. Cheesy Dorito chicken casserole really feeds a crowd and pretty much an all in one meal.
you need:
1 tbsp butter
1 medium onion, chopped
1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
4 oz cream cheese
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cans Rotel tomatoes
1 cup black beans
1 cup southwest corn
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tbsp chili powder
1 party size Dorito chips
2 cups shredded cheese

Looks delicious! I used to make a very similar recipe, but was slightly different. It called for the doritos and cheeses layered, but instead of cream cheese, it was cream of mushroom and cheddar cheese soups, a jar of salsa, cumin, garlic powder, cayenne, onion powder, jalapeño pepper jack and mozzarella cheeses. Same manner, all mixed the same as you done, but minus the beans or corn. (Personally I'd keep the beans and corn).This recipe of yours looks good, I'm definitely gonna try your version very soon! I only mentioned the other variation, simply because this reminded me of (my favorite) doritos casserole growing up. Can't wait to gather the ingredients to try yours! Thank you for sharing! 🙂
