DORITOS CASSEROLE RECIPE | How to make an Easy Ground Beef Dinner with Mexican Flair

I’m Mexican and I’m watching this video thinking why the heck haven’t I made this before! My mouth is watering. 😋

I make this thing that we have always called “Mexican Casserole”. Brown your ground beef with diced onions and a small can of green chiles. Drain excess fat. Add 2 cans of condensed Cream of Mushroom, or one family size can, Soup.... no water.... do NOT crush your Doritos! Layer the chips, Cover with the mixture, cover with cheese (eyeball this stuff! It’s all going to come together anyway.) Repeat until you basically, run out of stuff! Bake on 375 until you can see the mushroom soup bubbling.... remove from oven and let stand for just a few minutes so you don’t pull all the cheese up!! lol I add the chiles and diced jalapeños, AND when it’s almost done... I add the dorito crumbs from the bag to the top!! OMG. So good!!!

Looks yummy! I do a similar casserole but have not added corn. We usually have sliced olives , salsa, drained Pinto beans along with a can of tomato soup, and taco seasoning! Love everything and tried copy Many things--- just goin mention That I heard that a drained can of beans is a healthy idea to mexican Dishes--- besides tasting good it is A very healthy addition and can expand size of dish for a larger Hungry family. Some think beans Should be in everything to taste Really good.
