Yep. For those that don't know, cut lengthways, cut off the valve as it goes rubbery, and rinse out any of the congealed blood lurking in corners 😁👍

I love the spices! love making soups but I'm the only one in my Family that eats chicken Hearts or any kind of heart, lol I have found they go really good with beef as well... I don't mind chicken liver either but hate beef liver!!! sooooo hate beef liver! there is no fixing that with spices its just nasty nasty NASTY!!!
