I've found those and shelf or ouster mushrooms they aren't real fresh and have gotten a little tough.I soaked them some(not overnite) and then slice across the grain super thin and just saute in real butter ...not too long just try'em as they cook to see when they tender up.They were awesome in an omelet too !!
