1:I boil water,put in pinch of salt,butter. 2:idubela the maize aside on cold water then add on boiling water.to prevent lumps

Hi there! You don't say how much mealie meal to add to the 1 quart of water? I'm assuming 2-3 cups? And did you add some salt to the water before bringing to boil? Thanks for the great video. The addition of cream is a great idea! Definitely going to try this.

Hi my love, I don't usually measure when making pap, it just goes according to preference of how stiff you want your pap. I don't add salt to pap but some people do
