Here are the important things to recap:
1) Don't soak the rice
2) Rinse the rice 3 - 4 times. Too many times will lose the rice flavor
3) Golden ratio of rice to water = 1 rice + 1.1 or 1.2 water
4) Keep cooker lid closed for another 15 minutes after button has jumped back to 'WARM'
