This is how I cook the perfect salmon! I love to eat salmon and it has become even easier to cook the perfect salmon by using a sous vide. Sous vide is a French technique where meats are cooked at a lower temperature for a long period of time to reach the perfect "doneness". That means flavours will penetrate better and the meat will be perfectly moist and tender.
