How to Cook Shaiyah | How to Cook Pan Fried Meat | الشية السودانية | لحم شيه

Shaiyah or fried meat is another classic Sudanese dish. It can be made with different kinds of meat, lamb, goat, and beef. You could even try chicken or pork (I I haven't tried these 2 yet). It's usually served during special occasions as a side dish. I like to dip mine in Hoomus (hummus) and Shatta (chili sauce )- chili powder mixed with lemon and salt.
