This takes me back. When I was young, around 1974 or so, we took a vacation to a family member in West Virginia. She made us "West Virginia Pizzas," very similar to this. Thanks for this, Pete. Hoping you're well! (And it's our 19th day of highs above 110 F/43.5 C and overnight lows that don't drop below 90 F/32.2. So I'm plain miserable. Our high today will be similar to yeterday's 116 F/46.7 C and our low was 97 F/36 C. Do you happen to have an extra house I can live in over there in lovely Enguhland, Pete? Please, please?)

@@LazyCookPete The versatility is great Pete in terms of using so many things you've already got in your fridge. Eg. Mushies, ham, bacon, Pepperoni, Olives, half an onion here, half a tomato there..some red or green pepper, spring onions...last bit of a block of cheese etc. So glad you posted this recipe! Saves us money by using up things in the fridge...plus super-quick to make! Thanks!!
