TOCHONG BANGUS
Ingredients:
1 tbsp garlic, chopped
2 tbsps cooking oil
2 medium onion, sliced
3-4 pcs ripe tomato, sliced
few slices of ginger (we love ginger, healthy pa siya)
1 kilo bangus (milkfish) which ever part of the fish you like
1 medium ampalaya, sliced
2 pcs medium talong (eggplant)
2-3 pcs siling pang-sigang or siling haba
2-3 tbsps tomato sauce
1/2 to 1 cup vinegar
2 tbsps soysauce (if needed)
1 cup (or more) homemade tahure (will post the link below)
salt & pepper to taste
