We made this dish following your recipe this evening, and loved it. Is there a variation with fish rather than chicken, though? Thank you.!

Glad you like my soup!! Thanks for the recipe feedback. This soup is often served with prawns (Tom Kha Goong) but you can also use sea bass or other fish fillets. Remember to be gentle with the fish. If it is fresh and room temperature, you can then add it just before you take the boiling soup off the heat. Leave it in for 10 minutes to cook in the after heat and you're good to serve. If you use cold or frozen fish alt. bigger pieces then it will need to go longer in the boiling soup. Always test before serving. Good luck/ Amy

Dina D Thanks for the feedback. Our shooting style is built around utilizing the existing, or ambient light on location. This can lead to challenges, like the setting sun in this case, but we believe it adds to the authenticity of our recipe videos. However, I understand your point and we are working on a studio setup with better light. We will consider making a new Tom Kha Gai video. Thank you for watching 🙏
