Big hug for her 🤗 Finally I seen authentic Thai food her reciepe correct 100% Im from Thailand 🇹🇭 and living in Europe (Czech republic 🇨🇿 ) I was opened Thai restaurant in Thailand before I move to live here. I'm so pround to see how chef speek english and cook thai food correctly 👍🏻I would like to Recomend to who want to try to prepare this menu sometime is not easy to find fresh galangal and a lot of people misunderstand that it's the same thing as ginger if you use ginger there it would be apsolutely go wrong taste. So we have to be careful but in asian shop you can find a frozen galangal and kaffir lime leaves in a freeze it's ok to use and not so differrent with fresh galanggal. By the way corainder root is not easy to find in Europe either 🤣 if u can not find it , its not bad to cook without will not change taste of Tom kha soup don't be worried about. Enjoy food good mood and good day!!

I grow coriander in the garden (Germany). I harvest Coriander between June and August - with the roots. Should work in Checkia as well. Galangal did not grow well yet. I need to make a heated bed for them and avoid temperatures below 20 deg. C.

Can i ask a question? Putting in Tomato seems a bit random. Why Tomato? Is Tomato a common ingridience in Thailand?
I already love you for posting this recipe ❤ just came back to Brazil. Was in Thailand for 10 days and felt in love for this Tom Ka.

Hi chef, I have question.. Tom yum goong soup, how do I make it not oily or greasy? What ingredient does that?
@thaicheffood49933 жыл бұрын
In restaurant they used chili paste and add more chili paste oil for color so you can use just chili paste only 😊 I leave the link to my recipe below Tom yum recipe : kzbin.info/www/bejne/bqG0hmmKaLOFjJo

I'm confused about the coriander root and the cilantro. In the video what's labeled as Coriander root looks more like Cilantro to me. I searched the difference between Coriander and Cilantro and results said they are the same. I'm still confused.
