summarizing this in 3 sentences. connect the charging port in your phone, connect the usb port into your computer. Go to your files (make sure that its in file or picture transfer mode in the phone from the notification center). Paste the files in the Phone's folder where you can access them.

Well, the plug that he showed is a BS1363, Type G Power Plug.

And then there is the other method if anyone wants to get much more technical. 1. Use a custom recovery (TWRP preferably) (Search up how to install TWRP if you want to do this). 2. Go to "Mount" and press "Mount USB OTG" while plugged into a PC. And even then, afterwards, you could technically move over some experimental firmware (like a custom ROM or a beta version of Android Q for example)
