If you're doing steps ups onto a box or a bench - here's some pointers to help you improve or correct the form for injury prevention for your knees and hips. Breaking the step up down into separate components and then combining it back together will help you learn to keep the pelvis more level and stop your knee rolling inwards - the 2 most common faults we see.
