Yo igual práctico taekwondo pero mi elongación es una mierda. :/ eso me desmotiva bastante porque si tuviera una buena elongación se que se me haría fácil patear.. Personas que quizás son más débiles que yo tienen una ventaja solo por tener más elongación y eso me desmotiva y me hace pensar que mi cuerpo no está echo para taekwondo y eso me causa una frustración enorme. Se que debo elongar para mejorar pero sufro bastante esforzándome y no veo resultados :/ Un saludo y me suscribi para admirar tu técnica :c
