How to Crack a Quail Egg

I haven’t been able to have (chicken) eggs for many years bc my body stopped being ok with them for some reason and was upsetting my stomach. I had been wanting to try quail eggs for a long time now and finally started getting them a few weeks ago and they’re going well so far! Yay! They have such a creamer and bolder flavor ! The eggs are a bit larger but that’s because she has a jumbo type of quail. Other quails have smaller eggs.
