I got this thing from my mom that whenever I put my hair up in a really high ponytail, or even a loose one in the middle of my head, I get headaches... This also happens with headbands :(

I have straight REALLY FULL hair but no i even go to sleep with super tight pony tails or buns and stuff and I don't get headaches but i know alot of people that do hopefully you don't get more headaches or any sickness ❤️ Have fun and know that you're beautiful

That happens to me sometimes with ponytails if I haven't done them in a while. You just need to let your head get used to it by doing it a few days in a row a little bit loser. :)

Alyssa Alba My hair is very thick AND i'm prone to headaches even without ponytails, so with ponies and especially buns i get headaches very often. The one thing that has worked really well for me is putting my hair in a bun with spin pins instead of hair ties! They work really well and pull on my hair much much less so I find that I can go longer without getting a headache when I've got a spin pin bun. Try it out, I hope it helps!
