Morning Oil cleanse Water cleanse Moisturiser + sunscreen Lip balm Night Same but instead of moisturiser and sunscreen use a retinol and if after 6 weeks you don't see results get tretinoin cream.

Hi, I was looking for a men's skincare routine info video. To show my 13 year old son. He has started puberty, and is now breaking out in acne. Being a typical lad, he doesn't want mum nagging him to cleanse his face correctly. He has cleanser, serum and scrub. except for products that are meant to be washed off (they will be written on the product intro) usually cleanser, clay mask, physical exfoliant, sometimes chemical exfoliant. You should gently massage/rub it into your skin and wait a little before applying the next product. you should minimize the area of your hands/fingers to reduce product waste)
