How To Create A Construction Risk Register?

Who has the role of producing a risk register in a project? Is it the Engineer?

Hello Clifford, this generally will depend on the organisation. It may certainly be down to the engineer to produce an initial risk register during the design period, that then gets passed to the wider project team such as the Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager. We have found that it is best practice for all professions to ultimately be involved with creating a robust risk register.
