Can we have different forms of VC ? I mean instead of my vc residing in wallet can have convert/encode it to a QR code for physical presentation.

Yes absolutely. VCs represented by physical QR codes would be an appropriate option for use cases where their is lack of internet/cellular connectivity, or where access to smart phones is limited.
