Extremely helpful. Thank you very much. One thing I noticed on the very last step (copy and paste into the signature box). When I copied the table and pasted it, the logo and details were not ordered properly. I tried it a few times but no luck. I then went back and watched your video and you can see that you also copied the lines (empty) above and below the logo. I did this and it worked perfectly. Just in case anyone else has had the same issue. Thank you again!

FABULOUS tutorial! I was able to create the signatures I needed for my client's google email signature to include a link to her new book's landing page from the cover image. I also was able to copy gmail signatures to the Mail App emails. Only note I have is it wasn't clear that if one didn't need to change the border on could just screen shot as is without going into coding. Other than that THANK YOU! My I.T. guy was very impressed I was able to execute this task! You saved me time and developer fee!!

I have no idea, ran into the same problem. You'll probably have to use a different program. LibreOffice is open source and works just the same as Microsoft Office. But I ended up using a template from MySignature.io and it worked great.

If you right-click on the table, find "Table Properties" in the menu and then set the border line weight to zero.

This is late, but I hope whoever's reading this can benefit from my discover so this is how I did it: 1. Instead of highlighting the whole thing, just click normally inside the table. 2. The Border Width menu should appear on the top right just like the video. 3. Then you can adjust it.

Great tutorial, thanks. However, you mention at the start that you can use Word to do this, but it doesn't work if you use Word because the images you insert into the Word table don't have a link to display them. That's why it works in Google Drive because you upload them into Drive, which provides the link needed to display them.

I spent over an hour today with Google Workspace Support asking them how I can have a header and logo, etc. in my business email without them showing up as attachments in my customer's inbox. It's terribly unprofessional looking and I was very unhappy about it, especially when they told me that it is unavoidable unless I use some kind of third party integration. To be honest, I didn't know what that meant, but I asked them if Google had such an integration. And they said, sorry no. Meanwhile, a few hours later I find your video and now, thanks to you, I can add BOTH a header AND my logo and there are no visible attachments in my customer's inboxes! So a huuuuuuuuuuuge thank you because you completely brightened day. You are awesome!.... Just one quick question if I may? At (6:54) you say, "This album is available to everyone and everyone can view it." Is it a requirement that the images are available to "everyone" or can I use any image from my computer?

Do you have any advice on getting the icons to display the full image? When copied into the gmail signature, the icons are cut in half. I've been playing with the spacing and managed to get 2 of the 4 to display the full icon but that's it.
