FAQs -------- It says "The signature is too long"! What do I do? - Your image might be too large. Ensure that it's a proper size (I used 100x100 px and 21 KB). White border looks bad in Dark Mode. This worked so well, thanks! Only issue is that when I tested it on my phone (that has dark mode on) the table outline comes up! Any suggestions for how to get it so the outline doesn't come up on a light OR dark bg? I tried just removing the outline but unfortunately that didn't work.

Good question. You can make the border have no color in Google Sheets.

I managed to follow your instructions. Looks good in the Gmail signature settings and in the draft email. But what the recipient sees or myself if I look at the sent email is different. The dividing line is twice as long at the top. Any ideas?

Put coarsely, data scientist build models while ML engineers deploy models. My sense is data science is in greater demand, since there is a significant portion of data work in business that doesn't include production models. Yes absolutely. Moreover, I think having a background in one gives is helpful when doing the other.

Often the culprit is the image. You can try 1) ensuring the image is a reasonable size (I use 100x100 here) and 2) troubleshooting by building signature element by element to see where issue is coming from.

Thanks for the video! I was mostly able to get it working . The problem I have is that the picture shows as a broken link when sent. It looks fine in the preview. I've tried 1. Linking from my website a photo thats 100 by 100 px. 2. Uploading a 100 by 100 px with a kb of 9. I'm not sure what else to do. Any suggestions?

Not sure what's going wrong without seeing it. You can try troubleshooting by removing elements one by one, until you don't get the error. For me, using a smaller image fixed this issue.

One way is to highlight the signature, right-click, then select "inspect". This should open up source HTML code which you can copy-paste. However, it might be simpler to just copy-paste the signature directly into a Google Doc and share it that way
