I may be wrong as I haven't check in a while but I think you can only have one subdomain in canva. you can add your own domains and add upto 5

Looks like to publish of any kind, you need the premium subscription. Otherwise it just says "Share" and doesn't give any option to publish, purchase a domain, etc.
