how to create a microclimate for your 🍒 cherry tree in hot zones?

cherries just are not that productive in my area. we had a tree years ago that grew very big but we didnt get much fruit. so we dug up the tree and put pluerries instead. if you have a chance look for sweet treat or candy heart pluerry; they are so good, better than cherry and way more productive

@@mybackyardfruits6299 they have a unique flavor. i would get a tree that is multi grafted so they can be pollinated. To me Candy Heart taste like a true cherry with some plum sweetness. and Sweet Treat taste more like fruit punch with a hint of cherry flavor. they are both amazing and i hope you can find them in the nursery. 🤞
