Scream Queen 👑 But the main picture 🖼️ isn't of us, It's a Really classic Poster of The 1st Season That looks like The Harmon's are all in this beautiful mansion (I'd completely forgotten about this poster until stumbling upon it this morning.) And the poster itself is made up of hundreds of cast shots that of course make the one epic poster. And it is So heartfelt and cool! Also we did the movie 2 Delicate Blessings (Season 13 of AHS) And we already have our own apartment in Midtown NYC. And since I loved my 1st photo mosaic so much Kai wanted me 2 have another 1...... The main picture 🖼️ being a large window 🪟 with a beautifully epic view of a pretty countryside. That's made up of hundreds of cast photos from Delicate Blessings... And these R the kinda anniversary gifts 🎁 I have 2 recommend because it's much nicer to have gifts 🎁 like this, that R so Romantic and heartfelt instead of something That Anyone could go pick up at your local gift store. So yes, I think that anyone who would like this, should go out and do it, so you'll have something to really treasure 🪙

Thanks for the great tutorial, yeah I know it's been out for 4 years! Anyway, is there any way to "lessen" the effect in just one area. I'm satisfied with the overall pattern, except on the face portion of the image. Is there a way to change the pattern opacity, just on the face - while keeping it the same everywhere else?

Hi, may i know if there is a way to randomize the photo in the selected folder for the mosaic or a way that photoshop can select photos based on the colour tone to fit the background picture so that it does not look like its just a simple picture where another layer is just lightly covering the main picture something like that? Specifically, I just wanna know if I can randomize the order of the photos.

everything right up until I go into photoshop and click file > Automate works. but in Automate, for my version of photoshop C4 (yeah I know), the option for contact sheet II doesn't exist in my version. is there any other way to create this?

HELPPP!!!! i tried doing what you did in the video and everything is great up until I make the grid. I dont have as many pics as you do in your file so i have a lot of white space left around my pics and the grid is not tight. How do i correct this? what is the formula for figuring out how big and wide the grid should be and how many rows and columns? so lost

Well, Aaron, nice trick indeed. But let's be honest. That's not quite the desired 'Mosaic' effect. Pattern is generated independently of main image. For instance, darker images are not grouped in shadows and brighter thumbnails are not placed in light areas.

Fully agreed, Andrew. This is the fake approach, not the real approach where photos are analysed and placed to the position where they make sense as pixel for the larger photo. Does anybody have an idea?

Chirag Shah do all the crops in Photoshop you can create an action and then automate it to a folder. Then in bridge under the tools menu under photoshop you will see contact sheet. Enjoy
