Congrats on getting a new studio! What caused you to move from Chiang Mai? Got bored there or wanted to be a closer to the sea? Btw are you using de-esser in you videos? I suspect you do not. De-esser can significantly improve the audio quality of your videos. I noticed plenty of sibilants in you videos, so kinda sharing my impression on that :)
