Question: After creating my signature and sending e-mails out, I find that the line spacing changes in the email resposnes I receive that have my original message appende. In the email string I get in return, additonal line spaces have been inserted in my e-mail signature. Why do subsequent respsong e-mails have the line spacing reformatted?

Thanks for the tutorial, Im having a major issue: when I copy and paste my new creation from word into new signature box in outlook I lose all the images (icons and logo) and the text reverts back to standard but keeps its colour!!! Hi this is great, is there now a new feature to sync (or backup) email signatures to the Microsoft 365 cloud, so that it can be used across devices or readily available in new laptop without having to manually copy from old n paste in new laptop?

Your videos are very easy to understand! Do you have one about Address book and Outlook contacts? I want to use only one of them; sometimes I look for an address and it says I don't have but I know I do! I have three different email addresses which also complicates things.

Is it at all possible for my signature to be as a see through picture with my information written on it? I have it saved that way on a Word document, but whenever I copy it to the email signature it only copies the picture without the writing and since it's a picture, I can't add any text on it!

hi. that link brings me to a Microsoft page, but does not have anything for emails. Secondly, I have created several email signatures in both Outlook and Gmail, but they do not open in the other email properly. Like if I send an Outlook email to a gmail, it just comes out all test or wrong. I haven't been able to figure this out for months. :(
