Hi, Here is the official Adobe Illustrator User Guide (helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/user-guide.html) where you can find some basic functions. I also have other Illustrator classes that walk thru the tools (www.skillshare.com/r/user/enariyoshi). Hope you find it helpful. Good luck!

It has changed a lot since they started. In my exp. Email is best and it does take a few days to get a response. They used to answer the phone, but that’s apparently not happening anymore with any company lol
