Great video! I do have one question- Can you take a photo of your illustrations/painting with your phone & just transfer them to your computer instead of scanning them in? What is the difference in image quality? Thank you so much 🙏

Hi, thanks for your question. You might be able to take a good photo with your phone depending on the quality of and clearness your phone is able to do. As long as you are happy with the way it looks in the photo the end result of size and scalability of vectorizing them in Adobe Illustrator will be the same as a scanned image. The initial quality just might not be quite as clear or the as close in color, but you can edit those as you go in Illustrator (:

It's a silver brush black velvet round brush, and I don't know the exact size in the video but I recommend a size 6. Size 4 or 6 is what I use for almost all things I paint. (:
