Quite early. But they learn at very different speeds.

nice tutorial thx a lot!!! I had try lsit to HS on ground, but my feet always touch the ground at the route of lsit to tuck planche do u know how to fix it?plz🥺

It would most likely be a limitation of hamstring flexibility.

It's not super tricky... Start on the wall, slowly move your hands further away. Then start lowering the object you kick from until you can do it on the floor. Make sure you have a really good bridge first!

Wonder if you can give me some advice. I am trying to get more flexible and get better at calisthenics. Problem is that I have biceps teninditis and tennis elbow right now. What should I do, keep training or back off and rehab? I got my problems trying to do ring muscle ups too early in my progression. Great videos as always!

Hey. You should definitely keep training but at a more manageable level. I would recommend you leave your question in my FB community: facebook.com/groups/gymnasticsmovers There are many qualified coaches, PT's and physiotherapists there.
