Oh hello young lady, I just want to say I appreciate you and Stephanie and the other young lady the former lawyer. This was an excellent presentation. I will be sharing this with my fly fine and over 60 girlfriends at our upcoming sip wine and bs day. Take care and continue to live your life your way. Peace and blessings.

I carry a copy of my passport and resident card that I have the name of the hospital, insurance company, blood type, medical conditions, medicines, and emergency contact information. The emergency contact has all the other information and is my beneficiary. My health insurance has emergency evacuation if im traveling elsewhere because i don't want to go to the USA either. I have a medical bracelet in Spanish.

Just a note that having a smart watch can send notifications to your emergency contact person when it detects a health issue…increased heart rate for more than minutes of inactivity. Hard fall and unconscious and so on. You can update the information like blood type and meds so that goes immediately to your emergency contacts.

This was an excellent episode! I have a suggestion . . . I think you and Roshida should partner and interview a Mexican estate attorney. They can provide guidance on medical directives as well as estate planning.

Excellent suggestions. My mother lives in the states in a retirement community, and she has everything written and posted in her apartment.

Thank you! I had the "ICE" in my contacts, but a locked phone wouldn't help AT ALL. SMH, I had a false sense of security. Once again you are dropping gems. I have shared this with my family members. This information will definitely save lives. ❤

Thanks, Adalia. I did not know about this emergency safety features etc in my phone either! Filled it out right away. 👏

Whoa! Had no idea about the ICE feature. Pressed pause to set mine up and listed my allergies in both English and Spanish. Thanks for sharing!

Thanks for always sharing valuable information and resources. In addition to ICE, I never leave home without my RoadID bracelet that lists my emergency contacts. You can link your health information as well and they offer a variety of stylish bracelets/anklets even for your kids and pets.

HAHAHAHA! I just got to the Road ID part. I've been wearing mine since 2008 when I started running and it definitely has saved lives.

Is the retired Dad on Medicare ? Does he have a SUPPLEMENT? If so they will cover him until he can get stable OR in the Mx hospital for emergency treatment. I made a video about this on my channel
