How to create and use mini routines, and rhythms.
After trying to stick to a structured daily routine and finding it hard because of my autism, ADHD and invisible disability I found a new way to add structure with lots of flexibility. So I'm sharing my system, the benefits and how to create your own rhythm and mini routines to guide you through the day.
This way of structuring my day has helped me to reduce overwhelm and overload. As well as helping me to be more able to consistently meet my goals.
