I love these FBA series so much. Tremendous amount of value in this one video alone. One tip on lookalike audiences: never focus entirely on your 1% or 2% audiences. As you start to scale you'll notice that LLAs further down the spectrum will also perform well, so don't put all your eggs in one basket! I also see people relying entirely on the purchase event and ignoring others completely. I think one you forget to mention was creating LLA of people who watched 95% of a video. Surprisingly this is crushing it in several of our campaigns. I've found videos at least 30 secs in length tend to work best here.

Thanks. Had a query. I created a Custom audience - who visited a specific web page. I put in the url there. It show audience under 1000. All fine till here. But when I go back to see / edit that custom audience set up, the url field shows blank ! Any reason why it does not show the url?

Hi, I really appreciate what you are doing on this channel. I‘m creating custom audiences before launching my FB ads, but I have one problem that almost all our sales come from Facebook. We have more than 30K FB likes and almost all our audience are from FB. When they want to buy our products they just write us a message. We make about 200-300 sales a month just from FB messages. So the main problem is that I do not have an email list of my clients and do not have data about my previous customers (Basically I do, but only their Facebook names) Talking about website traffic, we have installed Pixel only about 3weeks ago and in that time about 1k people have visited our site so I guess it‘s not enough to create a custom audience from that data right? So what would be the best alternatives for your opinion in our situation? I‘m thinking that the first custom audience can be the people who wrote us a message on our FB page (because almost all our clients write to us). I am also thinking about creating LAA from that custom audience. In total I would like to create 4adsets in my campaign 1) Custom audience of people who wrote us a message 2) LAA of this custom audience. Can you suggest me what else should I target? Maybe create a custom audience from our FB page likes and then create LAA of this audience? Or maybe it 3 add sets would be better in our situation instead of 4adsets? I would really appreciate if you can give me your honest opinion. Thank you in advance!

Thanks for this! Sorry for this lengthy question - but I'm really struggling to find an answer. I handle a few ad accounts from my business manager and I'm trying to create a custom audience for a client using an email list by uploading csv. file. Every time that I try, I am met with this message "To create customer audiences from customer lists, you must add this ad account to a business." So, I click "Add to business". Then asks me to select a business manager account... I select my business manager and it says "Your business already has access to this asset" (which is true, the accounts are already connected.) As a result, I am unable to create the audience because it thinks the ad account is not connected to a business manager. Are you familiar with this issue and able to offer some guidance?
