The thing you should do first when making a level is plan out what your level will be (gameplay wise). Sometimes what I do is think of what difficulty I want my level will be then play a few levels with the same difficulty to see how should I create it. Do not worry about deco first always worry about gameplay first. To me gameplay is more important than decorations since gameplay is what makes your level playable, while deco is more of a show off thing.

I feel like you could've added more reasons to why doing these things are 'required', or just more editing in general. This tutorial also doesn't explain what to do for most of these, like it just shows you the raw footage and expects you to learn what to do, which is just criminal for a tutorial. This video also doesn't like show examples for different styles or just give examples of which styles there are, like Glow Style, Art Style, Generic Style, Tech Style, Darnoc Style, etc. Overall, I think this was an almost good tutorial, since it's so close to being there but there are just so many tiny things which just bog it down to this degree.
