It all depends on why they are not committed right now. There may be multiple issues that cause it, like unclear goals, lack of management support, low motivation, etc. When you identify the underlying reason you can start working on a potential solution

Thank you Daria for this useful information. If you allow me to ask a question, how can we foster real human interactions as a step in the path of becoming a performing team but in a 100% virtual context where physical meetups are not an option? Thank you!

@svolkmar2k, it's a tough endeavor. I'd say that number one is - camera must be on for everyone all the time when in meetings. I honestly don't even understand how it's not a requirement set by all employers. This changes the dynamics of a team and allows to create actual relationships between people. There are other small things you can implement, like setting 5-10 minutes aside at the beginning of the meetings to discuss non-work stuff, having team online activities, like games, etc.
