Late to the game here, but great webinar! I love that you demo-ed how to do your suggestions in Canva! I wish you'd shown some examples of the design mistakes you described because it's been my experience that people rarely identify their photos as terrible and cheesy, even when they absolutely are! Seeing examples might help them make these realizations on their own :) Oh, and thanks for explaining the "Death by PowerPoint" *concept*. I discussed avoiding "Death by PowerPoint" once, and a boss told me off later because of it since the company used PowerPoint all the time (i.e., he didn't get it. At all.) Thanks!

i am trying to use canva for my live( in front of an audience presentation) and there are 3 problems: 1. How do I let only the presenter view appear on the screen via the projector and not the part with my notes in it? 2. some of the videos I attach to the slides either dont play ( randomly) or the sound is not to be heard) which makes the presentation a stressful and often chaotic situation and 3. the cursor often just...stops working. none of these ever were an issue with other problems

Unless you are prepared to pay big $ for the Pro version, this presentation is a waste of time. At every turn you will be harassed to upgrade and almost anything you try generates a message to upgrade. There are many other ways to create presentations and the Canva tools are trivial. Don't waste your time. The instructor knows his stuff but the product sucks.
