I am currently finalising a membership application form on zoho forms and I have come across an issue. On the form participants can submit contact details for more than one person. We need these to all to be mapped and pushed through into the CRM as new records and to be also associated with the given Account name. Currently I have discovered that only one contact is being pushed through successfully, I am having to manually add the others. Any help would be much appreciated!! I'm not sure that I have created the form in the best way for this function either so if there are steps I should be doing in building the form please let me know.

I am using a Zoho Form for event registration, the form is filled out by a household member, then using subforms they can register each person within their household. Not every person they register will have a unique email address, so first/last name would be the most likely way to identify them within CRM. I am wondering if the creation of multiple Records via one form would yield each of those registering as related to the person completing the form so that combining and invoicing the household could still be done?
