Connecting Zoho One to Ring Central

Hi there! Nice video! We used RingCentral with Zoho for a while and recently switched to the Thirdlane Multi Tenant PBX + Zoho CRM combo. While RingCentral was okay, Thirdlane offers deep customization options and multi-tenancy support. Cheers!

Hi Cameron Howitt, This does not occur natively in the integration. However, you could set up a custom API connection to push contact information into Ring Central’s database.

So, do I not need a physical telephone? I just need to have an account in Ring Central and my computer with Zoho CRM+teh RC desktop app? Please get back to me... Thank you!
