I hope you're feeling better & I love your videos, been doing the challenge and my goals are shaping up. You've given us the free template to follow along with too, if you could spend a bit more time next week or in a video on the template please, I've tried to set it up more than once now and something will go ary and the percentages won't calculate or I can't see my habits on the right page etc. If you could do a bit more talking through the template and how it all links up? That would be really really great, as I change something (take out a habit for example) and it's all messed up then, then I've to start the process again. I came to notion through your videos, and I am loving it, and your videos so thank you so much. I'm trying to get up to speed with notion in general but for now I really want to implement your template and stick with this so that would be super helpful. Some of the questions are: 1. How to recalculate a habit/goal/objective if you need to. 2. a bit more explanation on how the template all ties together & things get marked off & checked. 3. for things like - wake up every day at 7am, to get a morning routine in place ... how do I track this - it's q1 (or q1, q2, q3, q4) but to focus on q1 for simplicity. The goal is get a morning routine in place, the action item is wake up at 7am? Or that's the habit... then I can check it off every day. Then for something like weekly deep clean- how would that be tracked in q1 - an action item for week 1, 2, 3 etc for Q1? Or go to the gym 3x a week - how do you track that? Sorry I can't seem to find the best way and I have to keep setting it up again, I think knowing how to do these recurring tasks would be really helpful. Love the videos and your template, as I keep watching your other templates seem great too :) Scene as it's the new year I'd love to get the goals one set up now! Thank you for your vids

Hey! Thank you, this cough is stubborn, but I'm feeling better! First, I would encourage you to check out the tutorial video that came with the free template. I think it will help answer some of your questions as it goes in depth on how the progress is calculated for your goals. The video can be found inside the grey instructions box, and you can of course return to the original template to find it if needed! If you're having trouble at all with this, shoot me an email and I'll direct you to the right place! I would love for you to check out that tutorial and see if that helps you recalculate your goals at all. The biggest thing with that is deciding if you want to use numbers, tasks, or habits to measure each goal. Based on the goals you listed, I would measure those with habits! The progress bar will update on your goals as you work through your habits. So if you are consistent with a habit for a month and move it to the "one month" column your progress bar will move to 33%. Now for habits like your weekly deep clean, I might actually make a weekly habit tracker in addition to your daily habit tracker. I would encourage you to try to a weekly reset for this, I have a video on how I do my weekly reset if you want to check that out! Personally, I prefer using habits to measure goals like your weekly deep clean rather than recurring tasks because it's a bit easier than adding in 12 tasks to track your whole Q1! But of course, if that feels more comfortable for you, you can certainly do that. With your workout 3x a week goal, I would add a daily habit for this and at the end of the week evaluate if you're actually completing it 3x a week or not. That will mean there are days you won't check the box, but that's totally okay! One of the things I find frustrating with habit trackers is that with the way your brain is your wired, you'll want to check everything each day. But it's really about hitting the mark YOU set rather than making sure every box is checked each day. Lastly, with your morning routine goal, waking up at 7am would be a habit. It may feel like there isn't anything to tie that action to, but you could make the cue for that to be "when my alarm goes off, I'll get out of bed before I turn it off". That ensures you are getting up and helps you get in the habit of waking up immediately rather than hitting snooze! I hope this all helps and gives you some things to think through!
