How to Create Server Group in Windows Server 2012 R2

hello all I want to do in 2012 R2 is what I do in 2008 in 2008 you create a group of servers so that when you connect to them by right clicking on the servers in the group you made you can log everyone out of that server when doing maintenance when no one can be in your servers terminal servers, so far in 2012 I have not found where I can use one of the terminal servers as a master to log everyone out from all the servers once we disable load balance...is there any way to do this with 2012 ?

You can logout all user from RDS Manage Console from Server Manage in Server 2012 RDS Deployment.
