I usually create an adjustment layer with my dimensions and drag that into the timeline so it automatically turns into a sequence.

I haven’t gone that route before but I’ll definitely need to try it. Adjustment layers are hardly in my workflow and I know they’ll help me out a lot.

Wonder if you don’t want your sequence settings to be pre-set on shorts format, how do you switch between them

You can always switch between sequence settings under File > New > Sequence > settings 1920x1080 is for horizontal 1080x1920 is for vertical. For 4K it’s: 3840x2160 for horizontal. 2160x3840 for vertical. Hope this helps!

That’s an overlay from a stock video website like Storyblocks or Envato elements. I think if you type in “Neon” a ton of option like that will pop up. Then you just apply the screen effect to it, and move it behind another video, giving the video that neon glowing effect.
